rc plane

Hi, this is a blog about RC planes and for beginners. I will be creating sections for beginners to advance, and there will be videos on how to fly and set up your plane.
These days there are a lot of choices of RC planes, like electric or gas powered, but mostly people use electric because it is affordable and not as costly in the long term

RC planes start with three different types of planes:

there is RTF, which means ready to fly, and it comes with everything you need to start flying after you assemble the plane and charge the battery;
.
ARF is almost ready to fly, but you need your own radio and battery;

and kit is you just get the frame of the plane, you can put your own motor and electronics. The good thing is if you get a kit you can make the plane fly as fast as you want.

But if you don't want to start with electric, you can just go straight to petrol or nitro planes. The good thing about that is you can go much faster, but it is more costly in the long term and it takes a lot of time to look after and maintain the plane.

You’ll notice various topics from the tabs at the top; “Scratch Build” describes how I built my plane using a pdf plan from RC Powers and a kit from Grayson Hobby.
